Integrative Health Series

UAMS has developed an educational series on Integrative Health where experts discuss holistic approaches to health that can help invoke positive change in your life.

Integrative Health is an interdisciplinary approach to health care that includes treatment, prevention and health promotion that blends alternative and conventional treatments, as well as new therapies, for health and well-being that can be achieved without the use of pharmaceutical drugs or opioids. Integrative Health is beneficial no matter a person’s age, gender, race, socioeconomic status, or health insurance. Integrative Health is for everyone at any stage of life or wellness.
